Refund and Spoilage Policy

Perishable Goods Policy Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate products and for health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before completing your order.

Damages, Melting, and Issues We take great care in packaging our chocolates to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, please inspect your order immediately upon reception.

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • The chocolate has arrived significantly melted.

  • You received the wrong item.

Please send a photo of the damaged goods and your order number to goodbusiness@goldenkapp.com so that we can evaluate the issue.

Refunds and Replacements If your refund request is approved based on the evidence provided (photos/video), we will offer you a replacement (sent at our expense) or a refund.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Please note that the standard 14-day "cooling off" period for EU customers does not apply to perishable goods (such as food/chocolate) or goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded for our chocolate products.
